Your profile

  • 5+ years professional in software solutions sales management ideally in the hospitality market
  • Prior experience with outbound calling, prospecting, business development and/or direct sales preferred
  • Skilled at establishing strong professional relation-ships with customers
  • Exceptional contract negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong team orientation and sales leadership
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German

Your job

  • Expand and develop the sales organization
  • Manage the full sales cycle, writing and negotiating proposals for clients
  • Analyze market dynamics and identify potential customers
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline for new customer sales
  • Implement a new sales management platform
  • Update all sales prospecting notes and client outreach activities into company CRM system
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Extend the business development with partners
