Your profile

  • Ability for structuring complex topics with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with good time management skills
  • A good team worker with organizational skills and exceptional communication skills
  • High interest to become a technical solution consultant for hospitality CRM
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ideally professional experience in the hotel industry

Your job

Our support agents provide our customers exceptional communication and technical support ensuring best results and product experience possible.

Responsibilities include:
  • Tracking, analyzing and solving user problems via phone and email
  • Identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and resolve customer issues; Hand-over to internal second level support for complex technical requests
  • Address customer requests in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of communication quality
